To enable us to do this we have technically trained personnel in all of our receptions that can answer any queries that you may have. Furthermore, they are able to explain in a language you will understand. We guarantee that no additional work will be undertaken without us first obtaining your prior authorisation, only after we have given you a complete breakdown of all parts, labour and VAT. We have the facility to provide you with a collection and delivery service or alternatively, we will run you to work or supply a courtesy car whilst your vehicle is with us.

Out technicians are fully qualified and are regularly sent on training courses, our apprentices and improvers are all attending college and are working towards a minimum qualification of N.V.Q. Level3.

service and repair over 1000vehicles every month, ranging from a 20 year
