Knock Knock Open Door Policy          

 

Wayne Connolly Motors operate an open door policy from the initial phone

   call through to the final invoice.

 

     Communicating with you throughout the process

      whilst you vehicle is with us is vital for confidence

      and trust, safe in the knowledge that the invoice

     is exactly what you authorised us to do.

 

  We only report what your vehicle needs, we do not operate a bonus scheme in our workshops, and indeed, we welcome our clients to view their vehicle while it is undergoing repairs or maintenance.

 

The computer invoice or quote you will receive will be fully explained

and is clearly laid out with a breakdown of all parts, labour and VAT. There are easy ways of paying, we accept cash and cheques up to the guarantee limit on the card, most high street credit cards including switch and delta, and payment over the phone is available should you wish to take us up on our free collection and delivery service.

 

All of the above comes with the added security that any

repairs or maintenance we undertake on your behalf

is fully covered under our warranty for a minimum

of 12 months or 12,000 miles.
